The patented 6-HHC Series and 13-HHC Series Portable Hydraulic hand-held cutting tools are durable two-speed cutters of long lasting construction. The insert-type cutter blades, top stationary blade and bottom advance blade can easily be replaced in the field with only a 1/2″ blade screwdriver.
